Bremen HS Welcomes New Girls' Basketball Head Coach

Coach Mike Thompson is familiar with Bremen High School as an English teacher, but will be putting on a new hat this season as Head Varsity Girls’ Basketball Coach! Bremen High School Athletic Director Mr. Eric Washington is excited about this new leadership! “We are excited to have Coach Thompson lead our girls’ basketball program! Thompson has a great track record coaching local teams and is ready for the challenge!” said Washington. Coach Thompson comes to the program with six years of high school coaching experience. He served as the Assistant Varsity Coach for Bremen High School Boys’ Basketball program as well as worked as an assistant coach at a neighboring high school. “I’m excited about this new adventure! We have a dynamic staff that is committed to growing the program, including collegiate basketball players! We have a young team that has the potential to transform Bremen High School Girls’ Basketball!” said Thompson.
