Learn how students at Bremen, Oak Forest, Hillcrest, and Tinley Park High School are preparing for the future

Bremen High School District 228 students earned 2,601 college credits through its 2018 Career Readiness Programs, saving students approximately $377,145 in free tuition. 17 classes were available for college credit. Some of these classes include digital literacy, accounting, automotive technology, culinary arts, and forensics.
College credit is only one program offered by the District. Additionally, Career Readiness Programs include a variety of opportunities, activities, and industry credentials developed to engage students in real-world learning that extends past the classroom.
“Career Readiness plays a key function in preparing students to transition successfully towards a future career path,” says Renee Mack, Director of Career Readiness. “We encourage our students to learn about the world around them and how to make educational and occupational choices for their future.”
