Community Expo Moves To Arbor Park School

The Oak Forest-Crestwood Area Chamber of Commerce event will include a craft and vendor area on Oct. 14.

OAK FOREST, IL -- A craft and vendor area will be new features at the Oak Forest-Crestwood Area Chamber of Commerce Community Expo planned for Saturday, Oct. 14 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Arbor Park Middle School, 17303 S. Central Ave. in Oak Forest. Local businesses, organizations, churches and city departments will all take part in the 37th annual event hosted by the Oak Forest-Crestwood Area Chamber of Commerce.

It will be the first time the event is held at Arbor Park School, Chamber Executive Director Kim Malecky-Iles said.

“This free event has something for the whole family to enjoy," she added.

A bike auction will begin at 10 a.m. Kids can enjoy visits with surprise characters, test out Dave’s Giant Dart Board, and tunes from Fun Fun Fun DJ & Trivia. Flu shots will also be available.
