Convenience Store Robbed At Gunpoint: Oak Forest Police

OAK FOREST, IL — A convenience store in Oak Forest was robbed at gunpoint Sunday afternoon, Oak Forest police said.

Two men entered Convenient Food Mart at 151st and Cicero Avenue at 2:30 p.m., and ordered the clerk to the ground at gunpoint.

The suspects then took high-end liquor, cigarettes, and currency from the register, Oak Forest police said.

The men fled the scene in a White GMC truck. Detectives processed the scene for evidence and are reviewing area surveillance footage.
