A search warrant was executed at Glover’s home, which he shared with his fiance and her three young children. Prosecutors said sheriff’s police found 796 grams of cannabis, 144 grams of cocaine, and 894 grams of heroin, along with $88,000 in cash.
Glover has not appeared in a courtroom since 1992, when he was convicted of six armed robberies. He is a former security guard for a chain of thrift stores, the assistant public defender said.
Combined bail for the charges was set at $990,000. The judge took into consideration that three young children were living in the home where sheriff’s police found the alleged drugs and cash.
Glover is due back in court in Markham on Dec. 23.
