D228's Volunteer of the Month - Lea Good
Oak Forest High School parent receives Volunteer of the Month Award

If you go to any musical event at Oak Forest High School, you won’t miss Lea Good, because she’ll be there. Good was awarded the Board of Education Volunteer Award at the District #228 Board of Education meeting on October 21.
Good has two daughters, Kaitlyn, an Oak Forest High School graduate, and Margaret, a junior, who is in symphonic band, vocal show choir and in the Madrigal Choir. With her kids as involved as they are in the musical department at Oak Forest High School, Good says she has “attended and assisted at every band and choir performance for the past three years.”
Good has donated her time consistently to the Oak Forest Music Program. She has served as the Music Booster Secretary and she currently holds the position of Choral Program Vice-President. She has designed and planned the staging and costuming for the Madrigal performance and dinner. In addition to these activities, she also organized activities for the choir lock-in and band camp.
