"Doing Business with the Tollway" Networking Event

Open to firms of all types and sizes including disadvantaged, minority- and women-owned business enterprise and veteran-owned firms

The Illinois Tollway will host a free “Doing Business with the Tollway” event on Thursday, October 29, in Chicago.  The event will provide an opportunity for firms of all sizes and types, including disadvantaged, minority- and women-owned business enterprise firms (D/M/WBEs), as well as small businesses and veteran-owned firms, to learn how to participate in upcoming Tollway construction projects and procurement opportunities.  The event will be held at the New Beginnings Church, 6620 S. Martin Luther King Drive in Chicago from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Partners for the event include the Capital Development Board, the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, the Illinois Department of Central management services and the Illinois Department of Transportation, so firms can learn more about other opportunities to do business with the state.

For more information and event registration, please visit the Doing Business - Diversity Programs section on the Illinois Tollway’s website at www.illinoistollway.com.  Pre-registration closes at noon on October 28, but onsite registration will be available beginning at 8:30 a.m.
