St. Damian Running Camp for Kids will start June 11th at St Damian School at 8:30 am. We meet Monday, Wednesday, Friday for 2 weeks and will conclude camp with a short race.
The running camp is meant to introduce the kids to a fun new sport, to build endurance and to foster sportsmanship and teamwork. We will have warm ups, stretching, various fun drills, fun runs and much more! Your child will keep track of the miles we run everyday in a journal. The journal will be sent home at the end of the camp. We will hold a "race" to conclude the camp on the last day. Each child will receive a t-shirt, race number and a ribbon.
The fee for the camp is $30 or 2 campers for $50.00 and this includes a camp t-shirt, running journal, and prizes.
