Football Season 2023: Oak Forest HS Bengals Schedule Set

OAK FOREST, IL — There's still plenty of summer left, but high school football fans are already looking ahead. The Illinois High School Association released schedules earlier this week. Oak Forest High School Bengals will start their season with an away game August 25, against Benet Academy.

A nine-game regular season runs through the end of October before the postseason culminates with state championship games scheduled for the weekend of Nov. 24–25. The state final games have been moved to Illinois State University's Hancock Stadium in Bloomington-Normal. ISU will host the finals for five years.

Coached by Anthony Malopsy, the Bengals will follow up a 5-5 season in 2022.
