Gingerwood Pool will be collecting for the Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Chicago, with a donation drive set for August 12–13.Anyone with donations of clothing, household items, toys, books and household appliances can drop them off during normal pool hours and receive a receipt. The pool, 5124 Aldersyde Rd., is open seven days a week, noon to 8 p.m. (weather permitting).
