Girls Can Try Hockey For Free Day
Come give hockey a try on Sunday, October 12th! No experience or equipment needed. Be sure to meet Lisa Chesson, US Olympic Medalist.

This Sunday, October 12th, St. Jude Hockey Club is hosting a girls only Try Hockey For Free event. This event is completely free and open to girls aged 14 years and younger who have an interest in learning more about playing hockey. No skills are needed and all equipment will be provided, including skates, sticks and helmets.
The event will be held at The Southwest Ice Arena, in Crestwood beginning at 2:40p and lasts until 3:50p. If you will need equipment, please arrive 30 minutes early.
In addition to skating with players from the St. Jude girls team and other local area girls’ only teams, Lisa Chesson, defenseman on the silver medalist women’s ice hockey team for the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver, will make a special guest appearance.
