Cycle Across Illinois will make a stop at City Hall on Sunday at approximately 9:30 a.m. as part of a charity bike ride to support families of law enforcement officers who have died in the line of duty. Residents are invited to attend a brief tribute to Officer Jim Morrissy at the city's 9/11 Memorial during the rest stop.Morrissy died following a car crash March 17, 2014.
