On Tuesday, July 30th at 12:30pm, a guest speaker from Palos Community Hospital will discuss Diabetes Prevention at the Bremen Township Senior Center, 15350 S. Oak Park Ave., Oak Forest. All are welcome. The Senior Lunch Program will offer lunch beforehand at noon for anyone age 60+. Requested donation is $4.00. For menu details and other info, call 687-8220.
