There are many people who need the handicapped parking spots, I am one of them, I have multiple sclerosis which affects my legs and walking greatly. My biggest frustration is when I go to Walgreens or Jewel and someone is parked in the a handicapped spot and the handicapped person is sitting in the car while the deathly person goes in the store. ACCORDING TO THE LAW THE DISABLED PERSON NEEDS TO BE ENTERING OR EXITING THE VEHICLE. JUST BECAUSE SOMEONE IN THE CAR HAS A PLACARD YOU CAN NOT USE IT , THE PERSON WHO HAS BEEN ISSUED THE PLACARD HAS TO BE ENTERING OR EXITING THE VEHICLE. Sorry just trying to educate people.
