Help Make Oak Forest Baseball Association's Cooperstown Dreams Come True
What 12-year-old baseball player wouldn't want to visit the place packed with baseball history?

Oak Forest Baseball Association needs your help in funding a very special trip.
Each year the group sends a team to compete in a national tournament held in Cooperstown, New York. The trip is funded entirely through donations and efforts by Oak Forest and the surrounding communities. The Blue Demons will compete with other teams from around the country.
“This is a dream come true for the 12-year-olds and a once in a lifetime opportunity to play baseball where baseball began!” said Kevin Carney, of the 12U Blue Demons.

“It’s a great opportunity for the young athletes to experience competition, camaraderie, history, and adventure all in the course of one week.”
This year, the team will be playing during the week of July 18, 2015 and fundraising efforts are already in the works.
