Illinois Institute of Art Visits Bremen HS Business Technology Classes
Students discover the multitude of options available through the Art Institute

Several of Bremen High School’s business technology classes had the pleasure to engage in an interactive career exploration seminar from the Illinois Institute of Art (Chicago) by Ms. Paula Greene. The Illinois Institute of Art is a system of over 50 schools located throughout the United States. The students were pleased to discover the multitude of options for degrees in the areas of design, media, fashion and culinary arts. The presentation elaborated on the importance of conducting a thorough college search, scholarship opportunities, creative careers and job opportunities. Bremen students were excited and fascinated to learn of the multitude of opportunities that are available through the Art Institute. Students followed up the presentation with a discussion in class the next day about creative careers and different path ways to get there.
