• Team Leader

Description: A Team Leader is responsible for leading a group of Independent Living Counselors (ILC) in all aspects. Team Leaders oversee one to three community integrated homes for adults with developmental disabilities. Duties would include: participating as a member of the Community Support Team which helps in the development and implementation of assigned individuals’ service plan, represents the agency in leadership and administrative activities, ensures a positive, normalized home environment.

• Maintenance Assistant

Description: The primary responsibilities of a maintenance assistant would include: performing general carpentry work and repair, construction or alteration. The position will operate basic equipment such as drills, saws, planners and sanders. They will be responsible for basic plumbing and electrical work.
