Description: Performs highly responsible duties related to the development, implementation and coordination of Individual Service Plans for individuals with developmental disabilities. Maintains, reviews and evaluates pertinent program data relative to each individual’s growth and development; guides and leads the Community Support Team in treatment and habilitation methods; ensures that services are being correctly implemented; provides training to direct care staff as indicated; reviews individual service plans on a monthly basis
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a human service field and at least one year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. - Team Leader
Description: A Team Leader is responsible for leading a group of Independent Living Counselors (ILC) in all aspects. Team Leaders oversee one to three community integrated homes for adults with developmental disabilities. Duties would include: participating as a member of the Community Support Team which helps in the development and implementation of assigned individuals’ service plan, represents the agency in leadership and administrative activities, ensures a positive, normalized home environment.
Requirements: Requires the knowledge, skill, training and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences. Minimally has a high school diploma or GED. Additional qualifications include: balancing, pulling, pushing, standing, climbing, grasping, stooping, crouching, crawling, kneeling, reaching, lifting, repetitive motion, pushing wheelchairs, and lifting up to 40 pounds.

- Maintenance Assistant
Description: The primary responsibilities of a maintenance assistant would include: performing general carpentry work and repair, construction or alteration. The position will operate basic equipment such as drills, saws, planners and sanders. They will be responsible for basic plumbing and electrical work. A qualified applicant should have their high school diploma or GED, working knowledge of tools, materials, methods and standard practices of the trade and must have a valid driver’s license.

- Midnight Supervisor
Description: A Midnight Supervisor is responsible for leading a small group of Independent Living Counselors (ILC) during the midnight shift (10:30pm-6:30am). A midnight supervisor would oversee three residential homes that are located in close proximity together. Duties would include: assist with supporting the midnight staff by overseeing the three houses, coordination of fire/tornado drills, monitoring task completion, participate in leadership meetings .
