A man driving eastbound on Interstate 80 Sunday morning at 3:55 a.m. was seriously hurt when he left the road and struck a tree near Cicero Avenue. Ivan Villegas, 23, was charged with DUI, according to the State Police. He is in serious condition at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn.
