Marist Hosts Free Softball Clinics for Eighth Grade Girls
Clinics will be held every Wednesday starting Sept. 16.

Fresh off the program’s state championship, Marist High School softball coach Colleen Biebel will hold free camps for eighth grade girls on Wednesdays in September.
All camps run 5 to 6:30 p.m. and will be held on the school’s varsity softball field in the northwest corner of Marist’s campus. Campers are to bring a glove, bat, spikes and water bottle. Each camp will focus on a different skill set, including:

- Sept. 16 - defense
- Sept. 23 - offense
- Sept. 30 - pitchers and catchers
Register in advance on the Marist High School website. Campers must also complete and bring a permission slip from parents and guardians.
