Mark and Rebekah Mensing Receive Board Award of the Month
The Mensings were honored at the District 228 Board of Education meeting
At the Board of Education meeting on December 15, 2015, Board Member Mark Johnson presented Mark and Rebekah Mensing with the Board Award of the Month. Principal Sikora highlighted the involvement of the Mensings in the music program at Oak Forest High School.
Mrs. Mensing has served as the Music Booster President for the past two years, has overseen countless events, and chaired the many fundraisers held by the program. Mr. Mensing has designed and built multi-functional spirit wear carts, and has volunteered hundreds of hours as photographer and historian for all events and performances.
