When and how did your business get started?

The home inspection business started in 2008 after years of thinking about having my own home inspection business. It is a little scary to stop what your doing and go in a different direction; there is that loss of security, but there is also freedom that comes with being your own boss.

You begin to think in different terms and you work because you want to work not because you feel like you have to work.

What is your business best known for?

My business is known for providing home inspections and radon testing. But, the service is more than that; it is the educational aspect of the inspection that most people appreciate.

It is really about informing the client about the condition of the home they are about to purchase; but also about teaching them how a house operates and what can be done to correct some of the identified issues.

Does your business offer a special deals card or program?

I offer discounts for military, seniors and first responders. I also will work with the pricing and match other legitimate quotes. I am always working on ways to add value to the inspection and additional programs will be coming soon.
