Midlothian Post Office Closes Temporarily

MIDLOTHIAN, IL - The Midlothian Post Office at 147th and Pulaski has closed temporarily due to reconstruction, Beverly Howard of the U.S. Postal Service wrote on a community post on Oak Forest Patch.

Mail delivery will not be interrupted, however, and all services will remain available at nearby post offices in Posen, Blue Island and Oak Forest. Packages may be picked up at the Posen Post Office at 2720 W. 147th St., Howard wrote.

There is no timetable for a reopening of the Midlothian site as the closure remains indefinite, a spokesperson at the Post Office said on Wednesday.
