Oak Forest City Council Takes 'ALS Ice Bucket Challenge'
Have you taken the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge? The Oak Forest City Council has.

Love or hate it, the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge has most likely taken over your social media feed.
The fundraising craze requires participants to dump a bucket of ice-cold water over their heads and nominate friends to do the same. Nominees then have 24 hours to follow their friend’s lead, or donate $100.
Even the Oak Forest City Council has gotten in on it. The aldermen and Mayor Hank Kuspa went under the bucket after this week’s city council meeting. The group then nominated the Oak Forest Park District Board of Commissioners, the Acorn Public Library Board of Directors and the Oak Forest-Crestwood Area Chamber Board of Directors.
