Oak Forest HS Alum Declares for NFL Draft
Junior Tevin Coleman will leave Indiana University after an impressive three years with the school, in pursuit of his lifelong dream.

Indiana running back and Oak Forest High School alum Tevin Coleman will pass on the rest of his college career, for a chance at the NFL draft.
Though Coleman called Indiana a “special” place, he noted that he’s always dreamed of playing in the NFL.
Coleman, who as a junior rushed for a record 2,062 yards, and 15 touchdowns in 25 passes for 141 yards, also finished seventh in Heisman Trophy balloting, Tribune Media reports.

He also became the first Indiana player to be selected to the All-America team since 1991, according to the report.
Coleman’s college career ends on a total of 3,219 yards rushing, 28 touchdown runs and a school-record of scoring in 15 consecutive games.
