Oak Forest HS Announces Illinois State Scholars
Thirty-three students have been recognized as Illinois State Scholars

Oak Forest High School Assistant Principal for Student Services Jane Dempsey announced the names of 33 Oak Forest High School students who are being recognized by the Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC) as being 2015-2016 Illinois State Scholars for their outstanding academic achievement.
Students selected are one of 20,000 students from 752 different schools across the State of Illinois. Students are selected by performing in the top one-half of their high school class at the end of the third semester prior to graduation, and/or scoring in the 95th percentile on the ACt or SAT.
Following are the 2015-16 Oak Forest High School State Scholars: Kika Arias, Amanda Beall, Chastity Berrios, Nicole Borosak, Jenna Brown, Steve Cheng, Emily Cooper, Coleen Del Rosario, Rachel Fimbianti, Robert Gonsch, Gretchen Hedke, Caitlyn Jerkins, Alexander Joritz, Maura Julian, David Kozak, Adam Kral, Thomas Kucek, Pavol Majercak, Marley Majetic, Jacob Meline, Jillian Moss, Laura Neupauerova, Kaitlyn Nowicki, Martin O’Connell, Patrick O’Donnell, Maeghan Schreiber, Vladislav Souboch, Michelle Spreadbury, Seth Taccola, Michael Thayer, Samantha Wikberg, Casey Wolff, and Anastasia Zubek.
