Oak Forest High School teacher Jeff Kelly shows of his potato sack racing skills against sophomore student Alyssa Mustard. Kelly and Mustard raced in the potato sacks to a goal and back to the finish line, where Kelly was victorious. This is just one of the fun games students and faculty played at this event that seven hundred students were invited to attend.
Students won prizes donated by clubs, organizations, sports, and local businesses for playing fun games. The students were called down to play games by their entrance tickets. Premium prizes included homecoming and prom tickets and parking passes. Other prizes students won were club and activity t-shirts, activity passes, gift cards for Target, Buffalo Wild Wings and McDonald’s.
The big ticket winners were thrilled. Alyssa Kolecki won Prom tickets, while Amanda Petit and Magdeline Gniadecki won Homecoming tickets. Bridget Julian and Raymond Glas won Parking passes and Mae Ramos won Great America tickets.
