Oak Forest HS FCCLA Students Compete at Regionals

FCCLA students place in three categories

Oak Forest High School Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) students Karlee Knudson, Diamond Cooks, Bushira Aminu, Mia Herrera, Hannah Edwards, and Qamar Saleh pose victoriously at the FCCLA Regional Competition, recently held at Olivet Nazarene University. Qamar Saleh and Diamond Cooks took First Place in Fashion Display; Karlee Knudsen took First Place in Fondant Cake Decorating; and Mia Herrera took Second Place in Salad. Bushira Aminu and Hannah Edwards were assistants to the competing students.

Oak Forest High School FCCLA adviser Kristina Blair said, “Great job to all four of these outstanding ladies! They did an awesome job!”
