Oak Forest HS FCCLA Students Place at Regional Competition

Congratulations to Oak Forest High School Seniors Jenny Colander, Brittany Bourne and Emily Hogan. These three OFHS students competed in the FCCLA Regional Competition at Kankakee Community College recently and took home 2nd Place ribbons in each of their events. Jenny Colander took second in the frosted cake decoration event while Brittany Bourne took second in the frosted cookie decoration event. Emily Hogan took second in the salad competition as well. Mrs. Blair said, “Congratulations to the ladies and a big thanks to student helpers Morgan Anderson and Mike Coppolillo and Oak Forest High School teacher Katharine Picht for all of their help!”
