Oak Forest HS Group Interpretation Names Cast

Group will be performing 'Ferris Bueller's Day Off'

Oak Forest High School has named its annual Group Interpretation cast list. Group Interpretation is an IHSA sanctioned dramatic competition whereby students perform an interpretation or a literary work within a thirty minute period of time. Group Interpretation does not allow any special props, lighting, costumes, or scenery, other than the performers themselves.

This year, the cast will be performing “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off,” written by John Hughes and adapted by the Oak Forest High School cast for the stage. The story captures the angst of a senior in his last year of high school, who knows himself enough to realize that time is fleeting and that he should enjoy himself while he can.

Ensemble members are: Cami Clark, Sara Valente, Sabrina Swidergal, Jessica Weaver, Billy Savage, Izzy Oboza, Tessa Damien, Emily Cooper, Assistant Director Al Joritz and Stage Manager Ronan Morrissey.
