The Oak Forest High School Athletic Department wants you to know they are offering sport physicals on Tuesday, June 2 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The physicals will be held in the Instructional Materials Center (IMC) and the cost is $35 cash only. Any student who is expecting to participate in sports during the 2015-16 school year should take advantage of this service. This event is open to all students; not just OFHS students.
