Oak Forest HS Students Obtain CPR Certification

Students received certificates for CPR and First Aid

Oak Forest High School Senior Jennifer Colander counts to one before starting compressions on her CPR dummy in order to practice the order that a person should use when performing CPR on a person.

Colander was part of a District #228 workshop in which FCCLA classes were working hard towards their certificates of completion for CPR Certification and First Aid Training.

The students are a part of FCCLA classes that are taught by Oak Forest High School teacher Kristina Blair and Hillcrest High School teacher Michelle Youngberg. Kristina Blair is a certified CPR Instructor which qualified her to perform the training.
