Oak Forest HS World History Architecture Gets an Edible Makeover
Students build edible castles

Oak Forest High School Sophomores Kayla Ballard, Hallee Usterbowski, Alayna Hunt, Jaime Mahoney, Rachel Sayegh & Lauryn Dukes were the winners for this year’s edible castle projects in Social Studies Teacher Gary Andruch’s World History Class. Mr. Andruch includes the castle project to make learning fun for his classes. The students had two days to build their castles and at the end of the second day, over 150 students voted for the best castle.
