Madison Ave. Turner brings over 20 years of financial planning experience to residents of Chicago and the surrounding area, where he has resided for 38 years and has been a very active member of the community. Turner has served on the Board of Trustees for the village of Oak Park, and served nine years with the Illinois Association of School Boards where he was Vice President. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Oak Park Housing Center.
