OFHS Soccer Fights Childhood Cancer At Sept. 20 Home Game
The Oak Forest High School Soccer booster organization will hold a fundraiser for childhood cancer awareness, to be held Sept. 20.

OAK FOREST, IL β The Oak Forest High School Soccer team and its booster organization will fight for two big wins Tuesday, Sept. 20, in the group's biggest fundraiser to help fight childhood cancer.
The team will play Oak Lawn High School Community High School at home, with game time set for 6 p.m. As part of fundraising efforts, during the game there will be raffles, a bake sale, basket auctions and more to raise money for Advocate Children's Keyser Family Pediatric Center. The crowd will also enjoy a mascot race at half-time.
The fundraiser is the organization's largest, and one close to the team's hearts as Pablo Flores βone of the team's past players, current coach and brother of a current player β is a childhood cancer survivor, said Mike Stacy, on behalf of the Oak Forest High School Soccer Booster program.
