Police Run Traffic Control for Thanksgiving Pie Pick-up

People don’t mess around when it comes to Thanksgiving pies, and the day before means long lines, pie pickup—and heavy traffic around pie pro Bakers Square.
Police in Alsip even stepped in Wednesday to help with traffic control around the sweets shop, 4839 W 111th St. The store was so swamped, managers couldn’t come to the phone.
