Prescription Pills Found During Traffic Stop: Blotter

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 3

Possession Of A Controlled Substance

Londray Robinson, 29, of the 15800 block of LeClaire Avenue, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving without a rear registration light and driving with a suspended license, according to a report.

Robinson was stopped at about 2:09 a.m. in a parking lot after police noticed the rear plate light was out. He was arrested after police found his license was suspended.

During a search of Robinson, police found a prescription pill bottle with nine hydrocodone pills inside. Robinson claimed he got the pills from a friend, the report stated.

TUESDAY, APRIL 2

Catalytic Converter Theft

A catalytic converter was stolen out of a tan Pontiac Sunfire parked in the Metra Annex Commuter Lot, 15700 S. Cicero Ave., according to a report. The theft happened sometime between 6:05 a.m. and 4:20 p.m.

SUNDAY, MARCH 31

Stolen Mongoose Bike

Two teenagers stole a blue, 26-inch Mongoose BMX bike from a front porch in the 15500 block of Natalie Drive, according to a report. Police checked the area for the two suspects but were unsuccessful, the report stated.
