Pub Specials Planned For The Oak Forest Fleadh: List
A number of Oak Forest and Midlothian restaurants and bars have a lot planned for the big day on Saturday.

OAK FOREST, IL — One of the busiest days of the year in Oak Forest is upon us as The Fleadh is all set to take off on Saturday, March 7. Before, during and after the race and parade, a number of restaurants and bars along Cicero Avenue and 159th Street in Oak Forest and on Cicero and 147th Street in Midlothian have fun planned throughout the day. Here's your guide to the pub specials of the 2020 Oak Forest Fleadh.

Marcotte's Bar, 15501 S. Cicero Ave.: Open at 8 a.m. with breakfast specials as well as a corned beef and cabbage dinner. Full menu, kitchen open from 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Green beer, yard stick drinks, DJ and plenty of fun.

Blarney Stone Pub, 15400 S. Cicero Ave.: Open at 7 a.m. Breakfast and build your own Bloody Mary bar from 7-10 a.m. Live music starting at noon featuring Sean and Charlie, Coyote Riot, and Rendition. Tent size increased by over 30 %. Food menu served including corned beef. Kids allowed until 4 p.m. $5 cover adults.
Bailey's Bar & Grill, 15548 S. Cicero Ave.: Will likely have specials.

Beggar's Pizza, 15600 S. Cicero Ave.: $10 domestic buckets, $5 20 oz. Guinness, $5 house Bloody Mary's, $7 Absolut Bloody Mary's, $5 Jameson drinks. Superhero meet & greet at 9:45 a.m., breakfast sandwiches available until around noon. Stockyard Kilty Pipe Band after the parade.
Taps Pub, 15427 S. Cicero Ave.: Dawn, Amanda, Kristy and Jen will slinging suds. Dawn’s Delicious Bloody Mary’s $4, $5 corned beef sandwiches. Johnny Heino will be rocking the house throughout the day and evening. Tap’s Pub. A basket will be raffled off to support the Oak Forest Warriors wrestling team.
Oliver's Bar & Grill, 6150 W. 159th St.: Specials haven't been finalized yet.
Cindy's Pub, 5230 W. 159th St.: Organizing a pub-to-pub bus crawl. Nine bars part of crawl. May have specials. Everyday special is 5 for $10 domestic buckets. For the Fleadh, $3 Irish whiskey shots, $6 Irish car bombs.
- The pub crawl will include Cindy's, Beggars, Oliver's, Oak Forest Bowl, Night Games, Cheers, Durbin's, Marcotte's and Slapshots.
Oak Forest Bowl / Jake's Bar & Grill, 15240 S. Cicero Ave.: Giving away one liquor basket every hour from 5 p.m. until midnight.
Durbin's, 14753 S. Cicero Ave.: Bloody Mary and mimosa bar at 9 a.m., Corned beef sandwiches, corned beef & cabbage dinners and Irish stew at 11 a.m.. Entertainment at 5 p.m. Anthem, The Boy Band Night, Bag pipers, DJ Saad-Oh. There will be a heated tent.
Cheers Live Music Venue, 4660 W. 147th St.: The Millenials will play at 7:30 p.m. Hairbanger's Ball at 9 p.m.
Slapshots Sports Bar & Grill, 14608 S. Cicero Ave.: Open from 9 a.m. to 3 a.m. Entertainment: Jimmy O & Rhonda Lee from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., Good Rush Gaming Spin The Wheel 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Strung Out Classic Rock show, 8 p.m. to midnight. DJ MPXREA featuring Light Show until 3 a.m. Green beer specials, live music and full food menu all day. Breakfast. Back of the bar open all day. Darts, bags and pool.
