Parents and Kids Get a Taste of What It's Like to Be a Raider
The Oak Forest Raiders football and cheerleading league will be holding its Raiders Night on Friday, Sept. 6, a fundraiser at the Oak Forest Community Center that lets parents and kids enjoy refreshments and meet the coaches.
When: 7 p.m. to midnight Friday, Sept. 6
Where: Oak Forest Community Center, 15501 S. Kilpatrick Ave.

Chicago Bears vs. Cincinnati Bengals: Is there really anything else to do than watch the Bears kick off the NFL season at Soldier Field against the Bengals? If there is, we don't want to hear about it. Game starts at noon and can be seen on WBBM-TV (Channel 2, CBS).
