CRUCIAL CONVERSATIONS: RECOGNIZING & ADDRESSING SEXUAL HARASSMENT IN THE WORKPLACE (A VIRTUAL WEBINAR)

SOUTH HOLLAND, IL–The Business & Career Institute (BCI) of South Suburban College presents a virtual webinar entitled Crucial Conversations: Recognizing & Addressing Sexual Harassment in the Workplace on Wednesday, March 3rd from 9:00 – 10:15 am.

Allegations of sexual harassment and workplace misconduct have permeated the news in the last few years. As a result, in 2020 Governor Pritzker mandated all Illinois businesses to provide sexual harassment training for all employees at least once a year. In the webinar, HR Consultant Alexandra Glumac will address three important questions:

• What is sexual harassment?

There are 1.0 PDCs available for SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP and HRCI certification holders. Certificates of completion will be available upon request for individuals representing other industries, to satisfy Governor Pritzker’s mandate.
