OAK FOREST, IL - A Sherwin Williams paint store is likely to open soon on 159th Street in Oak Forest after the City Council paved the way for the sale of a building that will house the future business.
A property at 159th and Lorel will be acquired by KC Realty for $100,000, according to a report in the Daily Southtown.
The real estate group will then negotiate a deal with Sherwin Williams, who could open at the space later this year.
