Shots Fired, 2 Wounded In Midlothian: Police

MIDLOTHIAN, IL — Police are investigating after two people were shot Sunday evening in Midlothian, police said via social media.

A report of shots fired came in from the 14600 block of Karlov Avenue around 7:15 p.m., Chief Daniel Delaney said on social media. Two people suffered gunshot wounds, and were transported to the hospital with what police believe to be non-life-threatening injuries, Delaney said.

The victims' information was not immediately available.

Midlothian police detectives are investigating.
