Thieves Crash Stolen Car Into Gun Range, Steal 23 Guns: Oak Forest PD

The suspects rammed the car into the building just after 3 a.m. Monday, police said.

OAK FOREST, IL — Oak Forest police are investigating after four suspects crashed a stolen car into Eagle Gun Range in Oak Forest early Monday morning, and stole nearly two dozen guns from inside.

Police were called to the gun range, 5900 W. 159th St., just after 3 a.m. Sunday, when the suspects rammed the car into the building to gain entry. They then went inside and stole 23 firearms, said Oak Forest Police Chief Jason Reid.

Police shared surveillance images of the suspects. Agents from the Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms Agency are assisting with the investigation.
