Kim, Neighbor

I just do not believe that the death of 3yr old Gina Marie Presley who was murdered in her home  and was under the care of her guardian  Her Aunt  Kim De Bartolo who's alleged boyfriend Jessie Rodriguez in in prison for killing the beautiful child.  DCFS dropped the ball on this one along with the AUNT.  Little Gina's great-grandmother Jackie is still having such hard time with losing this precious child.  i find it so sad that we dont think her violent death is not even in the top ten for Oak Forest.  It is unbelieveable to me and many others
