Oak Forest police are on the scene where a human body was found Thursday.
No identification is available yet on the body, found in Midlothian Creek and Waverly Avenue, approximately Waverly and Cicero Avenues.
Police are proceeding with caution, with crime scene analysts processing the scene. Further information is pending an autopsy, tentatively scheduled for Friday, said Oak Forest Police Chief Greg Anderson.
