US Army Leads Bremen High School PE Classes

Bremen High School Competes in "U.S. Army's Fittest School in The Region"

On October 15th, Bremen High School PE classes competed for the title of the “U.S. Army’s Fittest School in The Region.”

Only the region school with the most US Army Fit Challenge participants will receive this title and the coveted trophy.

The Fit Challenge was led by US Army Sergeants during PE classes at the school, and students went through a variety of challenges. Some of these challenges included relay races, army carries, and other fun obstacles. The winning team at the school was gifted US Army T-shirts.

The program is free and is designed to "encourage and challenge students to participate in a team-oriented event while learning how to improve their overall health and wellness."
