A family spotted the rare birds searching for a meal in a pond near their home.
A family in Tinley Park watched in awe this weekend, as two bald eagles were spotted swooping and snatching fish from a pond near their home.
Nicholas Henke and daughters Daisy, 8, and Ivy, 5, captured the action on video and photo.
“That’s how eagles fish,” one of the daughters exclaimed.
