Who's Who at the Polling Place - Election Judges
Who are the Sole Authority in the Polling Place? Who protects the sanctity and operation of the Polling Place?

The Election Judge, identified by their Party designated ID Badge, is the sole authority in the Polling Place and the only person who can handle or touch Election supplies and voting equipment. They cannot participate in any form of electioneering or act as a Campaign Worker or be an advocate for a Campaign or Referendum on Election Day during voting hours. This restriction includes Words, Gestures, Signs, Buttons, Ribbons, T-shirts, Hats, Pamphlets, Leaflets, etc… identified with a specific party, candidate, organization or referendum.
Judges must run a fair and impartial election, keep order in the polling place, maintain a Campaign Free Zone, remove any literature left by voters and make sure the polling place is open at 6 am and closes at 7 pm.
Judges have the authority to expel Poll Watchers and Campaign Workers from the Polling Place or have them arrested if they violate the sanctity or operation of the Polling Place.
