Advocate Christ Hosts Info Session for Paramedic Training Program
Advocate Christ EMS Academy will host an information session on March 12 for paramedics training which begins this fall.
OAK LAWN, IL -- Classes are forming for Advocate Christ Medical Center’s paramedics education program. If you’ve ever considered becoming a paramedic, there will be an information session 7 p.m. March 12 at the Advocate Christ EMS Academy, 5220 W. 105th St., Oak Lawn (enter through door 6).
Classes will meet Mondays and Wednesdays from 5 to 10 p.m., Aug. 15, 2019 to May 27, 2020. Skill labs may occur on Monday and/or Wednesday from 2 to 10 p.m. in some modules. The entire 10-month schedule will be distributed on the first night of class.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a current EMT license, or documentation that indicates they have passed the NREMT certificate exam or the IDPH State licensing exam. The Advocate Christ paramedics education program is affiliated with Moraine Valley Community College. The 35 transferable college credits achieved upon completion of the program can be applied toward the MVCC Associate Allied Health Science Degree.

- Program components (class, lab, field, clinical)
- Tuition and fees
- Tour of classroom and lab
- MVCC affiliation/A.A.S degree
