Alsip Man Accused of Stealing $8K in Bras, Panties from Victoria's Secret

An alleged panty thief from Alsip is being is facing felony theft charges after police said he made off with $8,000 worth of panties and bras from Victoria’s Secret. Tyrone M. Jackson, 35, is accused of hitting the Victoria’s Secret store at North Riverside Mall three times before the law caught up with him on June 5, the Chicago Tribune reported.

Jackson raided the store on April 23, April 30, May 4 and May 15, authorities said. He is alleged to have stolen 25 pairs of panties and 36 bras totaling $8,900. Jackson returned to Victoria’s Secret on June 5, where he is accused of taking 23 bras worth $1,181, the Tribune said.

His name is also listed in some court records as Tyron and his age as 36, the paper said.

Bail was set at $50,000 in Sunday.
